Outback International is able to offer travellers two visa options to work within the Australian agricultural industry while seeing Australia .
Option One – Working Holiday Visa
Travellers who are aged between 18 and 30, and meet the requirements of the Australian Working Holiday Visa, are allowed the freedom to work and holiday in Australia .
This option:
- Is best for those who want the security of a high paying position with a reputable employer whilst also having the freedom to travel
- Guarantees security of work with some of Australia ’s premier farming clients
- Allows travellers to work for an employer for a period of up to 3 months at a time
- Provides assistance with legislative requirements such as bank accounts, tax file number and medical cover
- Offers excellent pay conditions with the potential to earn up to AU$1,200 per week plus accommodation and food
- Allows you to negotiate travel with our preferred travel agency therefore providing you with discounted airfares, assistance with accommodation and travel within Australia

Option Two – Sponsored Work Visa
Outback International has a federal agreement with the Department of Immigration allowing employment sponsorship of experienced/skilled farm workers who fall outside the requirements of a Working Holiday Visa. (i.e. have already been to Australia on a Working Holiday Visa or fall outside the required age group).
This option:
- Allows the freedom of working for Australia ’s leading private agricultural agency
- Guarantees security that comes with employment in some of Australia ’s premier farming companies
- Allows you to stay in one position for longer than 3 months (which as a strict rule of the Working Holiday Visa)
- Provides support from Outback International’s recruitment consultants and immigration experts throughout your stay in Australia
- Provides assistance with legislative requirements such as bank accounts, tax file number and medical cover
- Provides you with a group tax certificate and assistance on tax issues
- Offers excellent pay conditions with the potential to earn up to AU$1,200 per week plus accommodation and food
- Allows you to negotiate travel with our preferred travel agency therefore providing you with discounted airfares, assistance with accommodation and travel within Australia
Travellers who meet our criteria and are accepted under this system will be employed by Outback International and contracted out to one of our 5,500 employer client.
To be eligible for this option, you must meet the requirements of the Australian Immigration Department. Outback International can assist you with lodging your Visa application. All documentation MUST be completed and lodged prior to arrival in Australia .
