Outback International performs solely on a fee for service basis. We pride ourselves on providing an extremely professional service, whether you need one employee or twenty.

Our fees are calculated on a sliding scale dependant on the responsibilities and skill requirements of the position. For more detailed information, please contact us.

Option 1
Payroll/Personnel Service

Within this service Outback International assumes responsibility of all normal employment costs, for which the employer is invoiced. This is a flexible and fast growing option, and a very popular method of employment at present. Staff can be employed on a permanent or temporary basis without you having to attend to time consuming paperwork.

Option 2
Placement Service

We offer the service of securing an employee on your behalf. The fee is based on a sliding scale, dependant on the seniority of the position and the skills base required.

Option 3
Integrated Recruitment and Human Resource Management

This option is implemented on a contract basis which is negotiated to suit your organisation and your requirements.
